CrystalVille is published by Innovesty (“we”).
Agreeing to these terms
By playing CrystalVille you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. To ask for a gift card you must be an adult where you live (at least 18, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher).
Coins, energy and crystals
Coins, energy, crystals, harvest points and the coin progress bar are virtual items in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded or transferred, and are not money. The only thing coins can be exchanged for is a gift card offered in the game.
How the game works
Energy refills over time and can also be earned from ads, tasks, the daily bonus and Crystal Merge. Pouring energy grows your crystal and harvesting it pays coins. The coin progress bar is designed to start fast and to slow down a great deal towards the end. We may change rewards, prices, rates and pacing at any time to keep the game balanced.
Gift cards
Gift cards are offered by country and may change or stop being offered. Every request is reviewed by us. A request can be approved, delayed or rejected, and we can refuse a request we think is fraudulent or breaks these terms. If a request is rejected, the coins are returned to you. Gift cards are issued by third parties and are subject to their own terms. Asking for a gift card does not guarantee you will get one.
Fair play and bans
Play fairly. One person may use one account on one phone. Do not use emulators, modified or cloned apps, bots, auto-tappers or scripts, exploit bugs, make fake invites, fake your location or country, or use the game in any other improper way. We have the right to block or ban any user, at any time and at our own judgement, if we see suspicious activity or improper use of the app, and we may do so without warning. A ban also covers every other account on the same phone and any new account made on it. When an account is banned we may cancel its pending gift card requests, refuse new ones, and remove coins and rewards that were earned unfairly. We do not have to give a reason or return anything that was lost. If you find any issue, or think a block or ban is a mistake, contact info@innovesty.com.
Ads, tasks and offers
Watching ads, finishing tasks and completing offers is optional. The only ads are optional rewarded ads shown when you tap Watch Ad, which give energy. One can be watched every 30 minutes, and the reward is given only when you watch it to the end. Ads are not always available. Rewards may be limited, unavailable at times, or removed if they were obtained by cheating.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your phone. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or reset your phone, your progress is erased and we cannot bring it back. You can delete your account at any time with Delete Account in Settings. This erases your progress, coins and energy, and cancels gift card requests that are still waiting for review. It cannot be undone. Crystal Merge restarts every week.
Changes to the game
We may update, pause or end the game or any feature, and we may change these terms. If we change them in a way that matters we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
No promises, and limits on our liability
The game is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress, lost virtual items or gift cards that are delayed or not issued. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
