CrystalVille is published by Innovesty (“we”).
What this policy covers
CrystalVille is a game where you grow crystals, harvest them for coins and can ask for gift cards. This page explains what the game keeps on your phone, what it sends to our servers, and the choices you have. It applies to the game and to nothing outside it.
What stays on your phone
Your progress is saved on your phone: the crystal you chose, coins, energy, harvests, the coin progress bar, your coin and energy history, gift card requests, settings, the name you pick and your country. It stays there until you delete your account in Settings, clear the game's data or uninstall it.
What we receive
So we can review gift card requests and stop cheating, the game sends our server: an anonymous install ID, your crystal, coins, energy, level, progress and harvest counts, your Crystal Merge week and score, and your gift card requests (the card, its price, your country and its status). It also sends your phone's brand and model, whether it looks like an emulator, and a device identifier (the Android ID, or the vendor ID on iPhone). Our server keeps only a scrambled version of that identifier. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or files.
Your country and location
The country decides which gift cards you see. The game first guesses it from your SIM or mobile network, your time zone and your language, which needs no permission. If you tap "Use my location", the game asks for permission once, reads your approximate position, turns it into a country on your phone and keeps only the country. The position itself is not saved or sent anywhere. You can pick a country by hand in Settings instead.
How we use it
To run the game and show the right gift cards; to review, approve and send gift cards; to protect the game from cheating, such as several accounts on one phone, emulators and modified apps; and to understand how the game is played so we can improve it.
Ads and offers
The only ads in the game are optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, shown when you tap Watch Ad, and the reward is energy. One can be watched every 30 minutes. There are no banner or pop-up ads. Where the law requires it, such as in the UK, the EU and some US states, the game first asks for your consent. Google may collect your device's advertising ID and other device and usage data to show ads, under Google's own privacy policy, and you can limit this in your phone's ad settings or, where offered, in the ad choices form. Ads are not aimed at children. Offers from other partners are placeholders for now; if they are added they may collect device identifiers too, and this page will be updated first.
Gift cards
When you ask for a gift card we keep the request, the status and, once approved, the link or code we send you, so we can deliver it, answer questions and keep records. Our gift card provider receives the order details needed to create the card.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help run the game (such as hosting and the gift card provider), with ad or offer partners if they are added, when the law requires it, and when needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep progress reports and gift card records for as long as we need them to run the game, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No system is perfectly secure. Your progress is stored on your phone, so a phone that has been modified can change it.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications and sound in Settings, refuse the location permission and choose your country by hand, and delete your account at any time with Delete Account in Settings. To ask what we hold about you, or for anything else about your data, write to info@innovesty.com.
Deleting your account
Delete Account in Settings erases your progress, coins, energy, history, settings and country from your phone, and asks our server to delete everything it holds about you. We keep only what we must: if your account was banned, a scrambled code for your phone and the ban, so that deleting cannot undo it; and the record of any gift cards that were already approved or sent (the card, its price, its status and your country), for our accounts and legal duties. That record no longer carries your name or progress. Gift card requests still waiting for review are cancelled. If our server cannot be reached, nothing is deleted and you can try again. Deleting cannot be undone.
Children
CrystalVille is not meant for children under 13, and you should not play it if you are under 13. Gift card requests are for adults only (see the Terms of Service).
